You're on a role tonight! ...matt sandwhich, and now this. It was so funny in Idaho at our family birthday party, when Brenda pulled out the Pinata, Jesse said, are we Mexican now? LOL and guess what, Loren is the "counterexample" to that rule (just learned that word helping Bradley in math tonight), because he HAS been caught dead wearing socks under his Teva's. Poor guy, jut can't get a break tonight, haha ;)
Truth be told, I wore socks under my sandals for campfire at girls camp (even though they aren't "Teva's"). I've also worn white after Labor Day, too. Oops. I still forget about that rule.
LOL! I love that you blogged about this. I wear socks with my keens, is that the same thing? But only hiking and on cold nights. That's the beauty of no-show socks, it doesn't look quite a dorky as crew (or even low cut) socks
Mom it is not called Mexican jumprope it is called Chines jumprope for the record.
Amen...you see alot of that in Utah. They wear socks with all sorts of sandals...but primarily teva like sandals and the braided leather ones I like to call the Nephi sandals.
For the record, Mrs. Squiddles, I know that it's Chinese. That was the whole reason for the post. I'll explain it to you later......
